OTRimprov's Spring Series features three performances and two improv JAMs in Know Theatre's Underground and, when it wraps up in May, will mark the year anniversary of OTRimprov's programming through the Jackson Street Market. In this series OTRi will present a number of new formats and styles hither-to unexplored on their stage.
Tuesday April 30 @ 8pm $5
"Lives deconstructed. Because we care." OTRi's flagship long-form improv, The Chronicle takes the themes, ideas, characters, words, and scenarios from guest storytellers and turns them into a beautifully chaotic series of improvised scenes. Come for the stories, stay to see us do whatever the heck we want with them. This time around, we've recruited some moms to participate as an early Mother's Day present, including the mom of OTRi member Chris Wesselman! That alone should get you to come.

Monday May 6 @ 8pm FREE
OTRi's a free, open-to-the-public improv JAMs give you the chance to join our cast members onstage to play some short-form improv games. We welcome and encourage those of all levels of experience to participate – from fresh-faced newbies to veteran improvisers – but it's not a requirement..every good performance needs good audience members, too! As always, the bar will be open.
Tuesday May 21 @ 8pm $5
"Laugh at the machine." OTRimprov closes out it's Spring Series with a tech-savvy show sure to stumble upon something. Using the internet and possibly other technological means of communication (Where did we put our HAM radio?), OTRi will be gathering their suggestions for the night in a way that Nikola Tesla would definitely be proud of.
