Accessibility
There are no steps or stairs on the first floor of our building, there is a ramp that leads all audiences from our main entrance to our box office, and proceeds to our lobby and bar, which we call the “Underground”.
On the Mainstage, the first row is on the ground level and accessible. There are one-step risers for all the other rows.
All the doors in the building are not automatic, but we are happy to open them for you.
Elevator
We have an elevator that takes patrons to our upstairs Mainstage; the configuration of our Mainstage space frequently changes. Our patrons using the elevator are accompanied by an usher or staff member who operates the elevator because the entrance on the second floor is often “backstage.”

ASL Interpreted Performances
ASL Interpretation is provided during our Mainstage Season on every third Friday of a Mainstage Performance.
ASL Interpretation is provided through a partnership with Cincinnati State.
Sensory Friendly and Accessible Performances
House lights remain on at a low level.
There’s no flashing or strobe effects.
Only half of the audience is sold in order to provide the freedom to move around; we invite patrons to leave as needed.
Quiet space is available in our downstairs “Underground” lobby.
Sensory bins provided by Children’s Hospital contain: fidget toys, sound dampening over the ear headphones and sunglasses.
Restrooms
We have two separate restrooms.
The bathroom on the left has two sinks, one large stall with a handrail, and two urinals.
The bathroom on the right has two sinks, two small stalls and one large stall with a handrail.
The doors to these restrooms are not automatic.
There are no restrooms on the second floor.
Seating
Seating for Performances: Chairs used for our Underground and our Mainstage performances are folding chairs with cushions and no arm rests.
On the Mainstage, the first row is on the ground level and accessible. There are one-step risers for all the other rows.
The “Underground”
Serves as our pre and post-show lobby, bar and sometimes cabaret performance space.
As you exit the ramp and turn right, you will see the cabaret stage, elevator, bathrooms, windows to the front of the building and bar.
Lighting is covered with colorful paper lanterns.
Our restrooms can be found beneath a neon pink “Restroom” sign.
The cabaret tables are low top and have chairs with and without armrests.
The height of the Bar is not accessible.
