This is Patrice.
She’s got a job to do.
She’s a lady who gets things done. She’s got very little patience for most things–but she’s also got a big heart. We asked her to tell us a little more about herself:
If you had a free day with no responsibilities and your only mission was to enjoy yourself, what would you do?
I would sleep in until late morning. I would then get breakfast at the cafe down the street. I enjoy going after the morning rush so I can claim my favorite table by the window in the back. Very cozy for eating, reading my current issue of House Beautiful and people watching. Afterwards, I would catch the latest rom-com movie with a friend followed by dinner and coming back home relaxing on my couch with my book.
Do you think you’ve turned out the way your parents expected?
Well my family saw me helping people in some way. They always told me to do what makes me happy. I am gratified daily by life’s surprises.
What’s your idea of a good marriage?
A good marriage is one where both people respect each other and can appreciate each other’s differences. Listening. Communicating with an open heart. Laughter. And you must enjoy each other’s company.
Why should the audience take your side?
I am helping these people to take a leap of faith. To give them hope. To show them they are not alone. My tactics are a little unorthodox but I get the job done eventually.
