Our 2026 Summer Camp: Road to Oz by Inbocca Performance was nothing short of an INCREDIBLE success. These talented campers had not one, but TWO sold-out shows for their final performances!
Know Theatre was able to provide 20 campers with a theatre camp experience of a lifetime, with HALF of those campers on partial / full scholarship!

Summer Devised Program
Our summer education program is singular in the Greater Cincinnati Area in that it is the only program where your children will learn to write, direct, and perform in their own original 90 minute show. Over the course of four weeks, students grades 3-12 work together to devise an original theatrical production. They will learn vital theatre (and life!) skills such as: collaboration, dance, music composition, acting, playwriting, and so much more!
Devised Theatre Camp runs from July 6th-August 2nd, 2026, culminating in four performances July 31st-August 2nd. Any child incoming grade 3 through outgoing grade 12 is welcome to sign up and be a part of this fantastic summer of friendship, fun, and theatre!
Please note: every child who signs up will perform, but there will be auditions for larger roles the first week of camp.

My daughter participated in the InBocca summer theater program from the time she was nine until graduation. Those weeks were the happiest of the year for her because she had an opportunity to participate in something that she loved, to learn, and develop new sets of relationships outside of school. The culture that Caroline and her team developed each summer fostered inclusion and acceptance for kids who might struggle to find it in their everyday community.
Hearing my daughter’s perspective of engaging in devised theater was amazing because she was so excited to retell the stories with the analysis she and the other participants brought to the process. About InBocca Performance
InBocca Performance and Caroline Stine have been creating quality children’s summer programming since 1997. This children’s theatre is unique in that kids are creating devised, social justice-themed, movement- based theatre that amplifies their voices and their opinions — as opposed to performing pre- written work. Children write, block, and choreograph the work themselves, creating an original production from the ground up; there is no other program in Cincinnati where this happens.

I got to grow up doing amazing summer theatre with some of the most talented people and now that I am older I get to come back and help create with some of the most amazingly talented kids!
